Dnyansagar arts and commerce college has full fledged and well equipped training and placement department.Training and placement cell is an integral part of our institution. The institute has all through the year towards generating placement and training opportunities for the student.
Training and placement at a glance:-
- Exploring placement opportunities by inviting various companies for campus recruitment of students.
- To create a corporate friendly atmosphere In the college campus and train to prepare the students to face the rigors of professional world More than 30 companies visited for recruitment like yes bank, DHFL etc……
Placement Objectives:-
- To assist student develop /classify their academic and career interested and their short and long term goals through individual counseling and group session.
- To assist student develop and implement successful job search strategies.
- To assist employees to achieve their hiring goals.
- To act as a link between students ,alumni and the employment community.
College has a Placement Committee comprising of the Placement Officer, the Trainer, the Faculties and the Student Coordinators. This committee is the prime force responsible for all the activities of the Training and Placement Cell, providing opportunity for Part Time / Full Time / internship jobs in reputed Organizations to eligible students. In addition to Final Placements the College actively encourages students to take up internships and trainee programs. The placement record of the college is a proof of the confidence shown by the industry/corporate in our students.
