Infrastructure

Classrooms

For a healthy atmosphere during interactive teaching sessions, DACC has spacious and well-ventilated classrooms with proper seating arrangements for 80 students to be comfortably accommodated.

Each classroom has advanced facilities such as Overhead Projectors, LCD, in addition to Chalk and Board. The classrooms are large enough to conduct various activities such as seminars and Group Discussions.

Computer Lab

The I.T. infrastructure caters to academic requirements. In addition, it is well equipped to let the students to venture out and try new techniques.

DACC is equipped with state-of-the-art computer and networking facilities to support teaching and research.. The College has a distributed computing environment to provide high speed Internet connection and WI-FI facilities through a number of high performance local area networks. It helps to make the learning environment rich and dynamic.

Library

The college library has a 3000+ books on various curricular and co curricular subjects. College subscribes large number of Journals, Magazines, Annual Reports and news letters from public and private organizations. The library also subscribes to online database and e-journals. The main objective of the library is to support educational and research program of the college by providing physical, intellectual access to information, consistent with the present and the anticipated educational research function of the institute. Library is well furnished and has comfortable seating arrangements. Our goal throughout has been to strive for excellence and each day we take a step forward in time and near our goal.

Conference Room

It is used for conducting faculty meetings and presentations by external experts. Its quiet and peaceful ambience supported with Hi-tech equipments makes the place ideal for Corporate Interaction, Group Discussion and Debates relating to the contemporary business world.

Canteen

A favourite spot for any student in any college is always the canteen. It is the place where one can drop by in any frame of mind and still have a great time. It is here that success is enjoyed and victory is celebrated; friends interact the most, solace given and basically a place to chill out.

The scene at DACC is not different either. With its ideal location adjacent to the college building, facing the sports ground, the DACC Canteen caters to the various taste buds. It tends to be the most popular place on campus, not only for refreshments but also for student bonding & discussions. The canteen provides highly hygienic food and displays a large variety of dishes.

Sports Ground

We all remember how much fun it was to run down a grassy slope with our arms outstretched feeling the wind in our face. Playing outside is not just about letting off steam. It is a natural tool which helps all to develop physical strength, coordination, Social Skills, Thinking and problem solving skills etc.

With a view to encourage our students to indulge in various sports activities, DACC provides numerous sports facilities. The ground is well equipped with specific courts for each outdoor games like Cricket, Football, Volley Ball, Basket Ball, Badminton and Skating. And also Indoor games facilities like Table-Tennis, Chess, Carrom, etc. for the students to enjoy play with studies. As it is rightly said, “A healthy mind resides in a healthy body”. And the belief is strongly followed at DACC.
